Tattoo Booking Payment

1. Booking Payment

A £50 booking payment is required to secure your tattoo appointment.

This payment is deducted from your agreed tattoo price. For appointments priced at the £50 minimum charge, the booking payment covers the full cost.

Any remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Your booking payment reserves your appointment time and contributes towards preparation undertaken for your tattoo.

If you cancel, some or all of your booking payment may be retained to cover reasonable losses, including design preparation and appointment time that cannot be rebooked.

Any refund or amount retained will be determined in accordance with my full booking policy and your statutory consumer rights.

3. Rescheduling

Please provide at least 72 hours' notice if you need to rearrange your appointment.

One reschedule is normally permitted without an additional booking payment, subject to availability.

Late changes or additional rescheduling requests may result in reasonable charges where preparation or appointment time has been lost.

4. Missed Appointments & No-Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, your £50 booking payment will normally be retained where the losses incurred justify this.

A new booking payment will normally be required to arrange another appointment.

5. Tattoo Designs

For larger original projects, I may share a rough composition before your appointment to discuss the overall design.

Smaller tattoos and more straightforward designs are generally reviewed on the day.

Finished artwork isn't routinely sent in advance. We'll always review your design together and discuss any final adjustments before tattooing begins.

6. Payment & Confirmation

Please only make a booking payment once we've discussed your tattoo, agreed on the price or session arrangement and selected an appointment date.

Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received and I've sent you confirmation.
